Equitable Real Estate Investment Corp. Ltd. has been operating since 1950. We manage four downtown office buildings and twenty-nine apartment buildings in the Vancouver area, centrally located in five neighborhoods: South Granville, the West End, Cambie Street Village (near Queen Elizabeth Park), Kitsilano and Lower Lonsdale in North Vancouver.

Many of our buildings are listed on the Vancouver Heritage Register and are significant landmarks in the City. Equitable has twice been awarded City of Vancouver Heritage Awards, one “for their pride and commitment to heritage buildings in downtown Vancouver” and a second for the Vancouver Block “for the retention and repair of the building exterior and for careful rehabilitation of the original lobby finishes”.
